Understanding our policies ensures a smooth and satisfactory experience with our detailing services.
1. Introduction
We value your time and strive to deliver great service to all of our clients. To ensure this, we have a Cancellation Policy in place.

2. Booking & Appointments
Bookings can be made through our website or via call/text by contacting: (704) - 315 - 5959
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A 20% deposit confirms your slot.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit. If weather conditions prevent service, we’ll gladly reschedule. Please reach out via call or text to reschedule appointment
4. Arrival & Access
Please ensure your vehicle is unlocked and accessible with enough space to work around it.
Remove all personal items before your appointment. Removal of personal items or excessive trash may incur additional fees.
We travel with water and power. Technicians may refill water tank at a clients residence.
5. Payment Policy
We accept credit card, cash and/or check. Payment is due upon completion of detail.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. Pre-existing damage or wear is not covered.
7. Liability & Safety
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues that occur during detailing. All vehicles are inspected before and after service.
Technicians reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle is unsafe to service. Vehicles requiring mold, animal excrement, vomit, decomposing food or blood may incur additional fees.

How customers will be notified or rescheduled
We will reach out to you personally within 24 hours if we expect the following conditions. Rain, wind and/or extreme heat or cold.
Please note: we take into account % chance of rain as well as the radar to see if rain will actually be in the vicinity.
